Prepare the Peaches
Wash the fresh peaches thoroughly. Cut each peach in half, remove the pit, and slice them into wedges. Set aside.

Make the Peach Base
In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, peach syrup, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth to create a peach puree.

Prepare the Glasses
In serving glasses, place 1/4 cup of the peach puree at the bottom of each glass. Add a few mint leaves for garnish.

Pour sparkling water over the peach puree in each glass, filling it until about 3/4 full. Stir gently to mix.
