Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the Roma tomatoes and fresh basil leaves thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Slice the Tomatoes
Cut the Roma tomatoes into even slices, about 1/4 inch thick. Arrange the slices on a serving platter.

Slice the Cheese
Cut the fior di latte cheese into slices similar in thickness to the tomatoes. Place the cheese slices on top of the tomato slices.

Add Olives
Pit the black olives if they are not already pitted, then slice them in half. Scatter the olives over the tomatoes and cheese.

Tear the fresh basil leaves into smaller pieces and sprinkle them over the entire dish for garnish.
