Method
Preparation of the Buffalo Wings
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for baking the wings.
- 2
Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 3
Arrange Wings on Baking Sheet
Place the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4
Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
- 5
Prepare the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, remove from heat and whisk in the hot sauce and garlic powder until well combined.
- 6
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss until the wings are evenly coated in the sauce.
Preparation of the Ranch Dressing
- 7
Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 8
Mix Well
Whisk the mixture until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- 9
Chill the Dressing
Cover the ranch dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
