Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Proteins

Cut the chicken breast and beef sirloin into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine shrimp and crab sticks, if not already pre-cut. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Slice the bell pepper and onion into thin strips. Mince the garlic and julienne the carrot. Chop the green onions and set all vegetables aside.

  3. 3

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Set aside.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Cook the Chicken and Beef

In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and beef pieces and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  2. 5

Stir-Fry the Shrimp and Crab Sticks

In the same skillet, add the shrimp and crab sticks. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until shrimp is pink and cooked. Remove and set aside.

  3. 6

    Cook the Vegetables

Add a little more oil if needed and then add the bell pepper, onion, garlic, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

  4. 7

    Combine Everything

Return the cooked chicken, beef, shrimp, and crab sticks to the skillet. Pour the sauce over the mixture and stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and the sauce thickens slightly.

  5. 8

    Final Touch

Season with black pepper and salt to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
