Tea Preparation

    Boil Water

    In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

    Steep Thai Tea

    Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 4 tablespoons of Thai tea leaves. Allow the tea to steep for about 5 minutes.

    Strain the Tea

    After steeping, strain the tea to remove the leaves. You can use a fine mesh strainer or a cheesecloth.

Sweetened Condensed Milk Mixture

    Combine Ingredients

    In a separate bowl, mix together 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup of evaporated milk, and 2 tablespoons of sugar until fully combined.

    Pour the sweetened milk mixture into the strained Thai tea and stir well until the mixture is fully blended.
