Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice all the vegetables. Keep them in separate bowls for easy access during cooking.

  2. 2

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chili paste. Stir until well combined.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Heat the Oil

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Stir-fry the Vegetables

Add the bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, mushrooms, and snow peas to the pan. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  3. 5

    Add Thai Basil and Sauce

Add the Thai basil leaves and the prepared sauce to the skillet. Stir well to coat the vegetables and basil in the sauce, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  4. 6

    Serve

Remove from heat and serve hot over rice or noodles.
