Cook the Pork
In a large pan or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the sliced pork and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.

Add the Curry Base
Add the Thai curry paste to the vegetables and stir well to combine. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Combine with Coconut Milk
Pour in the coconut milk, fish sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice. Stir to combine, then bring to a simmer.

Add the Pork and Basil
Return the cooked pork to the pan and add the Thai basil leaves. Stir well and let it simmer for another 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve hot in bowls, garnished with lime wedges and a sprinkle of chili flakes to taste.
