Prepare the Noodles
If using regular noodles, soak them in hot water for 30 minutes until softened. If using glass noodles, soak them in warm water for 15 minutes until they are clear and soft.

Prepare the Pork
Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Marinate the pork in this mixture for at least 15 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables
Thinly slice the carrots and chop the green onions. Mince the garlic. Rinse the bean sprouts and set them aside.

Cook the Pork
In a large skillet or wok, heat the peanut oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.

Combine Ingredients
Add the softened noodles to the skillet along with the carrots, garlic, and chili flakes. Stir-fry everything together for about 3-4 minutes.

Add Bean Sprouts and Green Onions
Fold in the bean sprouts and chopped green onions. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes until everything is well combined.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Spoon the stir-fried Pad Thai onto plates. Garnish with crushed peanuts, fresh cilantro, and lime wedges. Serve hot.
