Preparation
- 1
Marinate the Proteins
In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and black pepper to create the marinade. Whisk until smooth. Divide the mixture into three separate bowls. Add the chicken to one bowl, beef to another, and shrimp to the last bowl. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- 2
Cook the Chicken
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of oil. Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off, and add it to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 3
Cook the Beef
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil. Remove beef from marinade and add it to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, or until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Stir-fry the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add a tablespoon of oil if needed. Add the sliced bell pepper, onion, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 6
Combine Everything
Return the cooked chicken, beef, and shrimp to the skillet with the vegetables. Toss everything together to heat through and combine flavors for about 2-3 minutes.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
