Sear the Pork
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the pork tenderloin with salt, black pepper, and cumin. Once the oil is hot, add the pork and sear it on all sides until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.

Add Jalapenos and Broth
Stir in the jalapenos and sauté for an additional 2 minutes. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

Combine and Simmer
Return the seared pork to the skillet. Cover and let it simmer on low heat for about 20-25 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Finish with Lime Juice
Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes. Squeeze lime juice over the pork before slicing it into medallions. Serve with the jalapeno mixture spooned over the top.
