Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, lime juice, red chili flakes, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
- 2
Marinate the Pork
Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag or a dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight for maximum flavor.
Cooking
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 200°C or 400°F).
- 4
Grill the Pork
Remove the pork from the marinade, letting excess drip off. Place the pork on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
- 5
Rest and Slice
Once cooked, remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing it into medallions.
Serving
- 6
Garnish and Serve
Serve the sliced pork medallions on a plate, garnished with sliced green onions and sprinkled with sesame seeds. Enjoy your Dynamite Pork!
