Chicken Marinade Preparation

Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine the hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.

Marinate the Chicken
Add the boneless, skinless chicken thighs to the marinade. Ensure the chicken is fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
Cooking the Chicken

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

Cook the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess marinade drip off. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Rest the Chicken
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serving

Slice the chicken and arrange it on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
