Prep Noodles

Soak Noodles
In a large bowl, soak the flat rice noodles in hot water for about 30 minutes or until softened. Drain and set aside.
Marinate Beef

Prepare Marinade
In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Add Beef
Push the vegetables to the side of the wok and add the marinated beef to the center. Stir-fry until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.

Combine Noodles
Add the soaked noodles to the wok along with the fish sauce, chili paste, sugar, and lime juice. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

Add Thai Basil
Lastly, add the Thai basil leaves and stir-fry for another minute until wilted.
Serve

Plate and Garnish
Serve the beef Thai drunken noodles hot, garnished with lime wedges and chili flakes to taste.
