Prepare the Enchiladas
Heat the corn tortillas in a dry skillet until warm. Place 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture on each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam side down in a baking dish.

Add Sauce
Pour the green tomatillo sauce over the rolled enchiladas, ensuring they are well covered.

Bake
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the enchiladas for 20 minutes or until heated through.

Prepare the Sides
While the enchiladas are baking, prepare the sides: slice the avocado and squeeze lime juice over it, and heat the refried beans and rice.

Serve
Once the enchiladas are done, serve them on a plate with a side of rice, refried beans, sliced avocado, and a dollop of sour cream.
