Prepare Filling
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, shredded beef, or ground beef. Choose one or mix to your preference.

Fill Tortillas
Take a tortilla and place a generous amount of the meat mixture in the center. Roll the tortilla tightly and place it seam-side down in a baking dish. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.
Assembly

Top with Cheese Sauce
Pour the cheese sauce evenly over the rolled enchiladas in the baking dish.

Bake
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the enchiladas for 20 minutes until heated through and the cheese sauce is bubbly.

Plate and Serve
Serve the cheese dip enchiladas hot, alongside cooked rice and refried beans on the side.
