Grill the Chicken/Steak
Season the chicken or steak with salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Grill on medium-high heat until cooked through (about 6-8 minutes per side for chicken, 4-6 minutes per side for steak). Allow to rest before slicing.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, and sauté until softened (about 5-7 minutes). Add diced tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Assemble the Burrito
On each flour tortilla, place a generous portion of the meat and vegetable mixture, followed by a scoop of cooked rice, cooked beans, lettuce, and a drizzle of cheese sauce. Roll the tortilla tightly to form a burrito.

Serve the burritos warm with additional cheese sauce, sour cream, and diced tomato on the side.
