Soak the Raisins
In a small bowl, combine the raisins and marsala wine. Allow them to soak for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Bread
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the stale bread into cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Combine Ingredients
Pour the custard mixture over the bread cubes. Add the soaked raisins (along with the marsala) and gently stir to combine. Let it sit for 15 minutes.

Bake the Pudding
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter. Pour the bread mixture into the dish and bake for 45-55 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Serve
Let the bread pudding cool slightly before serving. Top with house-made gelato and drizzle with dulce de leche.
