Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the organic spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and cherry tomatoes. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Combine and Season
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss to combine. Add fresh basil, salt, and black pepper to taste. Mix well.

Serve
Plate the pasta primavera and serve warm. Optionally, drizzle with additional extra virgin olive oil and serve with your choice of sauce (cream or tomato basil).
