Prepare the Meat Sauce
In a large skillet, combine ground beef, ground veal, and homemade sausage. Cook over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Add marinara sauce, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, fresh basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

Prepare the Noodles
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Assemble the Lasagna
In a large baking dish, spread a layer of meat sauce on the bottom. Place a layer of noodles on top, followed by a layer of the ricotta mixture, then mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers, finishing with meat sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake the Lasagna
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
