Fresh Stracciatella Cheese

Make the Stracciatella
In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh mozzarella cheese and heavy cream. Gently tear the mozzarella into ribbons and mix it with the cream until well combined.

Add Flavor
Stir in the lemon zest, olive oil, and half of the chopped pistachios into the cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Plate
On a serving platter, spoon the stracciatella mixture in the center. Arrange the slices of soppressata, oven-dried tomatoes, and giardiniera around the stracciatella.

Garnish
Sprinkle the remaining chopped pistachios on top of the stracciatella and drizzle with additional olive oil if desired.

Serve
Serve the antipasto plate immediately with crusty bread or crackers.
