Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- 2
Dredge the Chicken
Set up a dredging station: Place flour in one plate, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan in a third. Dip each chicken breast in flour, then egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- 3
Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- 4
Add Sauce and Cheese
Spoon tomato sauce over each chicken breast. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 5
Cook the Spaghetti
While the chicken is baking, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and toss with olive oil and fresh basil.
- 6
Serve
Plate the spaghetti and top with the chicken Parmesan. Garnish with additional fresh basil if desired.
