Dip each Mahi Mahi fillet first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally back into the flour mixture to coat.

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated Mahi fillets and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced red cabbage, shredded carrot, and chopped cilantro.

Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat until pliable.
