Prepare the Vegetables
Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or grit. Drain and set aside. Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

Sauté the Onion and Garlic
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until the onion becomes translucent. Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the Spices
Stir in the cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook the spices with the onion and garlic for about 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Serve
Remove the skillet from heat. Transfer the sautéed spinach to a serving dish. Serve warm with naan on the side.
