Marinating the Lamb

In a large bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, minced ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground turmeric, paprika, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well to form a marinade.

Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Preparing the Cilantro Yogurt Sauce

Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness (medium-rare is recommended).
Preparing Accompaniments

While the lamb is grilling, cook the basmati rice according to package instructions.
