Lamb Preparation

Marinate the Lamb
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Add Lamb
Add the lamb shoulder or leg to the marinade, ensuring it is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (400°F). Cook the marinated lamb for about 25-30 minutes until it reaches the desired doneness, flipping halfway through.

Remove the lamb from the grill/oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, olive oil, and salt. Stir until well combined.

Cover the tzatziki sauce and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
