Cooking
- 3
Soak Skewers (if wooden)
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- 4
Skewer the Meat
Once marinated, thread the lamb and chicken pieces onto separate skewers, alternating pieces for an appealing presentation.
- 5
Preheat Grill
Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
- 6
Grill the Skewers
Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the meat is cooked through and has a nice char. The internal temperature should reach 75°C (165°F) for chicken and 70°C (160°F) for lamb.
