Kofta Preparation

Make the Kofta Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef or lamb, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined thoroughly.

Shape the Kofta
Take a handful of the mixture and form it into elongated sausage shapes around skewers or simply into patties if not using skewers. Repeat until all the mixture is shaped.

Prepare the Wrap
Take a piece of pita bread or flatbread and layer it with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced cucumbers.

Add the Kofta
Place the cooked kofta on top of the vegetables.

Wrap it Up
Fold the pita or flatbread around the fillings to form a wrap. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
French Fries Preparation

Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Cut the potatoes into fry shapes and place them in a large bowl.

Bake the Fries
Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Serve the Soda
Pour soda of choice into cups and serve chilled alongside the kofta wrap and fries.
