Chop coriander
Wash and chop the fresh coriander leaves finely, then set aside for garnish.

Add onions
Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Cook garlic and ginger
Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for another 2 minutes until fragrant.

Brown the meat
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.

Mix in spices
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the meat. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

Add tomato puree
Stir in the pureed tomato and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Finish with garam masala
Once the mixture thickens and the oil separates, sprinkle garam masala and mix well.

Garnish and serve
Remove from heat, stir in the chopped coriander, and serve hot with rice or naan.
