Pumpkin Preparation

Prepare the Pumpkin
Peel the pumpkin and cut it into small cubes.

Pan-Fry the Pumpkin
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the pumpkin cubes and sauté for about 10-15 minutes until they are tender and golden brown.

Season the Pumpkin
Once the pumpkin is cooked, sprinkle with sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt. Toss to coat evenly and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Spiced Ground Beef Sauce

Add Garlic and Spices
Add minced garlic, ground cumin, ground paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Finish the Sauce
Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Yogurt Sauce

Prepare the Yogurt Sauce
In a small bowl, combine plain yogurt, chopped fresh mint, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.

Serve the Dish
On a serving plate, place a portion of the sautéed pumpkin, top with spiced ground beef sauce, and a dollop of yogurt sauce. Serve with naan on the side.
