Falafel

In a large bowl, cover dried chickpeas with water and let soak overnight. Drain and rinse before using.

Form the mixture into small balls or patties using your hands.

In a deep skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Fry falafel balls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
