Method
Preparing Chicken Wings
- 1
Marinate the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, and fresh lemon juice. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the wings marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 2
Bake the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the marinated chicken wings on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are cooked through and crispy.
Preparing French Fries
- 3
Cut and Season the Potatoes
While the wings are marinating, wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to form fries. In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- 4
Bake the Fries
Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on another baking sheet. Bake in the same oven as the chicken wings for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy, turning once during cooking.

Plate the Dish
Once the chicken wings and fries are cooked, remove them from the oven. Serve 4 chicken wings on a plate alongside a generous portion of fries. Open a can of soda and serve it chilled.
