Preparation of Chicken Wings

Season the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil. Toss well to ensure all wings are evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the seasoned wings on the rack in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and cooked through, flipping halfway through.

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to resemble fries.

Season and Bake the Fries
In a bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil and salt. Spread them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Arrange the Meal
Once cooked, remove the wings and fries from the oven. Arrange 4 pieces of chicken wings and a serving of fries on each plate. Provide a cup of ranch dressing, BBQ sauce, and hot sauce on the side for dipping.
