Beef Kabobs Preparation

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix until well combined.

Shape Kabobs
Divide the mixture into 5 equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, pressing firmly to hold the meat in place.

Let the skewers marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

In a separate bowl, combine the ground lamb or beef, grated onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 5 equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, pressing firmly to hold the meat in place.

Cook Rice
