Method
Brew the Tea

Boil Water
In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Steep Tea Leaves
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 4 tablespoons of Thai tea leaves. Allow the tea to steep for about 5 minutes.

Strain the Tea
After steeping, strain the tea leaves using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a heatproof container. Discard the tea leaves.

Sweeten the Tea
While the tea is still warm, stir in 2 tablespoons of sugar until fully dissolved. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
Prepare the Drink

Add Ice
Fill a tall glass with 1 cup of ice cubes.

Optional Evaporated Milk
For a creamier texture, drizzle 2 tablespoons of evaporated milk on top and stir gently.

Serve immediately with a straw, and enjoy your refreshing Thai iced tea!
