Marinade Preparation

Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and red pepper flakes.

Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
Grilling Chicken

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Rest the Chicken
Once grilled, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Assemble the Sandwich
Spread mayonnaise and Thai chili sauce on the inside of the toasted baguette. Layer with grilled chicken slices, cucumber, shredded carrot, and chopped cilantro.

Close the sandwich and cut it into halves. Serve immediately with extra Thai chili sauce on the side.
