Lamb Chops

Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Hot Honey Brussels Sprouts

Method

Lamb Chops

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Chops

Rub the marinade all over the lamb chops and let them sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

  3. 3

    Cook the Lamb Chops

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into even-sized chunks. Place them in a large pot of cold, salted water.

  2. 5

    Boil the Potatoes

Bring the water to a boil and cook the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.

  3. 6

    Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, minced garlic, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

Hot Honey Brussels Sprouts

  1. 7

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise.

  2. 8

    Roast the Brussels Sprouts

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt, then spread them on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

  3. 9

    Add Hot Honey

Remove from the oven, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Toss to combine and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
