Base Preparation

1. Prepare Sugar Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness. Cut out circles using a cookie cutter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Let cool completely.

2. Bake Brownies

Prepare the brownie batter according to package instructions or your favorite recipe. Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into small squares.

3. Make Cake Batter

Prepare the cake batter according to your favorite recipe or a box mix. Pour into a greased cake pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before cutting into circles or small cubes.

Filling Preparation

4. Make Chocolate Ganache

Heat 1 cup of heavy cream in a saucepan until just boiling. Remove from heat and add 1 cup of chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and let cool slightly.

5. Prepare Vanilla Custard

In a saucepan, heat 2 cups of milk. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup of cornstarch, and 1/4 tsp of salt. Once the milk is warm, gradually whisk in the dry mixture until thickened. Stir in 1 tsp of vanilla extract and allow to cool.

6. Make Fruit Compote

In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of mixed berries, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1/4 cup of water. Cook over medium heat until the berries break down and the mixture thickens. Allow to cool.

Decoration and Assembly

7. Decorate with Whipped Cream

Using a piping bag, pipe whipped cream onto the top of each base (cookie, brownie, or cake).

8. Add Toppings

Sprinkle chocolate shavings, fresh berries, and mini marshmallows on top of the whipped cream.

9. Assemble Ferris Wheel

Take a skewer or lollipop stick and insert a base (cookie, brownie, or cake) followed by a filling (ganache, custard, or compote). Repeat until all bases are used. Insert the skewers into the Ferris wheel stand in a circular pattern to resemble a ferris wheel.
