Method

Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

In a large pot, bring a small amount of water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and blanch for about 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and cool the spinach under cold water, then chop finely.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Artichokes

Drain and chop the canned artichoke hearts into small pieces.

  3. 3

    Mix the Base

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and grated parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.

  4. 4

    Add Garlic and Seasonings

Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped spinach, chopped artichokes, salt, and black pepper to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.

  5. 5

    Bake the Dip

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with bread, house chips, and assorted veggies.
