Prepare the Spinach
In a large pot, bring a small amount of water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and blanch for about 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and cool the spinach under cold water, then chop finely.

Prepare the Artichokes
Drain and chop the canned artichoke hearts into small pieces.

Mix the Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and grated parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.

Add Garlic and Seasonings
Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped spinach, chopped artichokes, salt, and black pepper to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.

Bake the Dip
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Serve
Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with bread, house chips, and assorted veggies.
