Preparing the Pork Tenderloin

Season the Pork
Rub the pork tenderloin with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika evenly on all sides.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Cook the Pork
Add the seasoned pork tenderloin to the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown, then reduce the heat to medium and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Rest the Pork
Remove the pork from the skillet and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Slice the Pork
Slice the rested pork tenderloin into thick slices.

Build the Sandwich
Place a few slices of pork on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Add optional toppings such as lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayonnaise.
