Make the Caesar Dressing
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and well combined. Set aside.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, chop the Maine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Add the sliced grilled chicken and croutons on top of the lettuce. Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan cheese on top.
