Cooking the Chicken

Grill or roast the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

In a bowl, mix together roasted corn, black beans, red onion, bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
