Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Cheese Sauce
In a large pot over medium heat, combine the cream cheese and milk. Stir until melted and smooth. Add the Monterey Jack cheese gradually, stirring until fully melted.

Combine Chicken and Buffalo Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken breast with the buffalo sauce, mixing well to coat the chicken evenly.

Combine Everything
Add the cooked macaroni and buffalo chicken mixture into the cheese sauce. Stir until everything is well combined and coated.

Prepare for Baking
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mac and cheese mixture into a greased baking dish.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly on top of the mac and cheese. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
