Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fillets are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Grilling

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).

  2. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill skin-side down. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.

  3. 5

    Serve

Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve warm, garnished with additional lemon wedges and fresh herbs if desired.
