In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for better flavor.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any leftover marinade. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
