Method

Scrambled Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  2. 2

    Cook the eggs

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are scrambled and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.

  1. 3

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage links according to package instructions until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

Bacon

  1. 4

    Cook the bacon

In a separate skillet, cook the bacon strips over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Cheddar Hash Brown Casserole

  1. 5

    Preheat the oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 6

    Mix the ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix until well combined.

  3. 7

    Bake the casserole

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

Biscuits & Gravy

  1. 8

    Bake the biscuits

Prepare biscuits according to package instructions and bake until golden brown.

  2. 9

    Make the gravy

In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned. Sprinkle flour over the sausage and stir to combine. Gradually whisk in the milk, salt, and pepper, cooking until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 10

    Serve

Split the baked biscuits in half and ladle the sausage gravy over the top.

Beverages

  1. 11

    Prepare the beverages

Brew coffee and tea according to package instructions. Serve milk and juice in cups.
