Method

Scrambled Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Begin by dicing the ham, chopping the onion, and bell pepper. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Whisk the Eggs

In a large bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until the yolks and whites are fully combined. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Cook the Vegetables

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add Ham and Eggs

Add the diced ham to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour in the whisked eggs and gently stir to combine.

  5. 5

    Scramble the Eggs

Cook the mixture, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are just set and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add Cheese

Sprinkle the shredded Colby cheese over the scrambled eggs and stir until melted. Remove from heat.

Cinnamon Rolls

  1. 7

    Prepare the Rolls

Preheat your oven according to the cinnamon roll package instructions. If using homemade rolls, prepare as per your recipe.

  2. 8

Melt Butter and Mix Sugar and Cinnamon

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, ground cinnamon, and sugar, stirring until well mixed.

  3. 9

    Brush the Rolls

Once the rolls are prepared and in the baking dish, brush the tops with the cinnamon butter mixture.

  4. 10

    Bake the Rolls

Bake the cinnamon rolls as per package instructions or until golden brown, usually about 15-20 minutes.

  5. 11

    Serve

Once baked, allow to cool slightly, then quarter the rolls and serve alongside the scrambled eggs.
