Method
Stuffed Mushrooms

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Mushrooms
Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth. Remove the stems and set them aside.

Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Stuff the Mushrooms
Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture using a spoon.

Bake
Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Season
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the assembled skewers and sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.

Arrange the skewers on a serving platter and serve immediately.
Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Dip
In a bowl, combine the sautéed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.

Transfer to Baking Dish
Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top.

Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top. Serve warm.
