Method

Fruits

  1. 1

    Preparation of Fresh Fruits

Wash and cut the fresh fruits for serving.

  2. 2

    Strawberries

Remove the green tops and slice the strawberries if they are large.

  3. 3

    Blueberries

Rinse the blueberries under cold water and drain.

  4. 4

    Bananas

Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds.

  5. 5

    Peaches

Wash the peaches, slice them in half, remove the pit, and cut into wedges.

Cinnamon Rolls

  1. 6

    Prepare the Dough

In a bowl, combine warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

  2. 7

    Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, melted butter, eggs, and the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.

  3. 8

    Knead the Dough

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.

  4. 9

    Let the Dough Rise

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

  5. 10

    Prepare Cinnamon Filling

In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon together.

  6. 11

    Roll the Dough

After the dough has risen, roll it out into a large rectangle on a floured surface.

  7. 12

    Add Filling

Spread melted butter over the dough and evenly sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.

  8. 13

    Form Rolls

Starting from one end, tightly roll the dough into a log. Slice the log into 12 equal pieces.

  9. 14

    Second Rise

Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.

  10. 15

    Bake the Rolls

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

  11. 16

    Prepare Frosting

In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and a splash of milk until smooth.

  12. 17

    Frost the Rolls

Once the cinnamon rolls are baked, remove them from the oven and immediately spread the frosting over the warm rolls.
