Dough Preparation

1

Mix the Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast. Mix well until evenly distributed.

2

Add Water

Gradually add the water to the dry ingredients, mixing with a wooden spoon until a dough forms.

3

Knead the Dough

Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

4

Let the Dough Rise

Place the kneaded dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Assembling the Food Truck Menu

5

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to prepare for baking.

6

Roll Out the Dough

After the dough has risen, punch it down and turn it out onto a floured surface. Roll it out to your desired thickness.

7

Add Sauce and Toppings

Spread a layer of tomato sauce over the rolled dough, then sprinkle cheese, followed by your choice of pepperoni and vegetables.

8

Bake the Pizza

Transfer the assembled pizza to a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.

Finishing Touches

9

Add Garnishes

Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle fresh basil and Parmesan cheese over the top.

10

Slice and Serve

Let the pizza cool for a few minutes, then slice into wedges and serve hot.
