Preparation of Wings

Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Spread the wings out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
Buffalo Sauce Preparation

Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir until combined and heated through.
Coating and Serving

Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce until well coated.

Serve
Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
